Phase 1 - Uncovering the Synchronicities of Your History

In the beginning of the session, I will ask you a series of questions to gain more clarity on your life situation. You will have an opportunity tell me everything you feel is relevant (ie. about your life, your story, your goals and dreams). We also talk about what is holding you back (ie fears, blockages, and challenges). Note- this is totally confidential, and I want you to know I am trained to support people in the full spectrum of healing from energetic, to deep PTSD. 

AND WE GO DEEP! Likely deeper than you would normally go in an average counseling session with a psychotherapist.

During this time I begin to see the bigger picture of your life story- and the evolution of your soul.  The emerging timelines of your future begin to be revealed through this process- and I oftentimes receive visions for how to assist in the evolution of your soul's evolution. 

I also see patterns in your language and somatic expression that will reveal some of the potential blockages, which we will work through in real time and I will provide tools to help you with the permanent transmutation of those unconscious programs (this is huge for fully stepping into your power). These are often “blind spots” which we cannot see on our own. I will be your mirror.

Based on your life situation and story, I will provide various tools and resources that I have available in my library and tool kit- to help you break through and cultivate your path to high performance and living your most aligned dream. I have hundreds of audiobooks and online programs - Think of this information like being plugged into the matrix and realizing “I know how to fly helicopters” or “I know kung fu” (Matrix joke).

Phase 2 - Intuitive Timeline Design

In Phase 2 of the session, I am intuitively guided to see different future opportunities, trajectories, strategic partners, and pathways for your life. 

I will begin to share these different future timelines for your future and you decide which pathway/s resonate the most. Based on your highest alignment we begin to unveil a new, epic vision for your future. 

Beyond future visions- I often discover very specific strategies, actions, markets, people, partners, quotes, statements, strategic alliances and affirmations that will help you make a quantum leap toward crystallizing your vision. I have guided teams as big as 30 people through these processes as well with extraordinary results.

Further, we will uncover blind spots, unconscious patterning, subconscious limitations, and target strategies for transmuting these programs into power for manifesting your highest alignment (for the greatest good of your life and humanity).

Many visions will emerge based on your soul's evolutionary path, and with a focus on business/ career development, relationships, manifesting epic love, and healing trauma. This is also based on Dharma- your life’s purpose, karma- your soul's purpose, and kuleana (Hawaiian for responsibility)- our life mission.

Phase 3 - Reverse Engineering Your Future

In Phase 3 we will design the "Sacred Strategy" for your future. When you align your vision with your purpose - you will start to activate more flow and creativity- synchronicities unfold - and all the resources become available, and old programming fades away as you step into your full power.  

Once we get to this point - everything will begin to make sense and usually there comes an “aha!” moment. It is always different for each individual, and in about 80% of my sessions, clients are moved to tears of revelation, when we both realize that THIS is the Quantum Shift. This is the shift that needs to happen to unlock the next level of your life. 

Once we discover a future vision that feels the most aligned and exciting- we will actually design a timeline to fast track you on the path to making “shift” happen. ie- get shit done - in the most effective way possible. Together, we will reverse engineer the actions needed to bring your project/ business/ idea to life in 90 days or less. 3 months is a season- and a perfect amount of time to implement a new idea, test it, and scale/ pivot. 

After the session is over- your homework is to listen back through the session and follow along in the notes we took in the google document. There will be certain gems of info that may have not been transcribed into the document, and your job is to listen back through and deepen the clarity in this document, which will become your next level strategy or business plan/ life plan.
